What this actually is
Most weeks I run one live class on Sunday morning. It's loose, it's specific, and people show up in pyjamas with coffee. We pick one thing — jealousy, the silent treatment, what to do when desire disappears — and we sit with it for an hour and a half.

A long one. We did the exercise live — about half the room cried.
