What we'll actually do on Sunday
I don't do general talks about “feminine energy”. We pick a real situation a real person is in, and we work through it on camera. Last month it was the silent treatment. This month it's desire.
Doors open
Drop in early. There's usually a chatty pre-show in the chat — bring your coffee.
Where desire actually goes
The three places it hides in long relationships, and why “just spice it up” advice keeps failing.
Live work with one volunteer
Someone from the room shares the real situation. We walk through it together, on camera.
The reset I want you to try this week
Two-part exercise. Takes 12 minutes. You can do it tonight without telling anyone.
Open Q&A
Raise your hand or drop it in the chat. I stay until the last question is answered.
Soft close
If the membership feels right, the door is open. If it doesn't, you've had a good Sunday.
Not “low libido”. Not “we've drifted apart”. The specific pattern, in plain words.
There is almost always a small thing that's costing you everything. You'll know what yours is by 11:30.
It doesn't require a conversation, candles, or your partner buying in. You can do it alone.

Who's teaching this
Psychologist by training (Sofia University, 2007), constellation facilitator by accident, relationship coach because women kept asking me to talk to their friends.
I've worked privately with around 6,000 people since 2008 — mostly women, a fair number of men, two CEOs of companies you've heard of. I run a mentor school once a year for coaches who want the deep version of this work.
These Sunday classes are how I keep my own practice honest. They're also where most of my members first found me.
Pulled from the post-class survey, May 2026.

For everyone on the call live
Replays go out the next morning, but these don't. If you're going to come, come properly.
The Sunday Worksheet (PDF, 6 pages)
The exact prompts I'll be walking through. Print it before the call.
Recording of the live Q&A — yours to keep
Only sent to people who actually showed up live. Not in the public replay.
30-minute follow-up audio, two days later
What I noticed after the call. The questions I wish we'd had time for.

From a member's desk last Sunday. Sent in without prompting.
Still on the fence? Email me directly: hello@natalia.bg. A real person reads them.
It's free. It's 90 minutes. The worst that happens is you spend a Sunday morning hearing someone think out loud about the same thing you've been thinking about.
